About the Team

The Merchant Acquisition & Incubation (MAI) team is dedicated to driving growth for UK merchants by onboarding, nurturing, and supporting their success on TikTok.

TikTok Shop is seeking a Digital Channel Management Manager to join our London-based team.

This role focuses on managing seller acquisition and incubation channels, encompassing both in-app TikTok strategies (like inbox messaging) and external channels such as email marketing and paid advertising.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive seller outreach strategies for acquisition and incubation. Identify roadblocks and coordinate resources across teams to ensure success.
  • Oversee internal outreach channels, optimizing resource allocation to maximize benefits and achieve business objectives.
  • Manage email direct marketing campaigns, including pitching, educational content, and newsletters. Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of outreach efforts.
  • Design and implement A/B tests to refine content across various channels and enhance the seller journey based on test results and user feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with user research, product development, algorithm teams, and other cross-functional partners to improve outreach product effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Compile and share insights to establish best practices within internal and external teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher. 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, project management, e-commerce, or user acquisition is preferred.
  • Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret complex business data and identify opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Structured and creative thinking; ability to excel in ambiguous environments and communicate complex concepts clearly.
  • A quick learner, proactive and resilient individual who can effectively manage pressure.
