TikTok Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced TikTok marketing specialist to join our team at For You Advertising. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing effective TikTok marketing strategies for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- UGC Management: You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality user-generated content (UGC) for each client account. This will involve working closely with TikTok creators to ensure that the content meets the client's requirements and is commercially viable.
- Influencer Management: You will lead the hunt to create partnerships with brands and creators. This will include finding creators who are authentic to each brand, managing creator relationships, ensuring UGC content is delivered on time, and negotiating terms in line with our budgets.
- Creative Strategy: You will actively contribute to and collaborate on the TikTok creative strategy for a multitude of brands. This will involve helping to lead our internal TikTok brand development sessions and communicating ongoing creative TikTok ideas to each client.
- Research: You must consistently be aware of upcoming trends on TikTok and up-to-date with potential new content angles.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years of agency experience and 6+ months of hands-on experience with the TikTok platform.
- Skills: Strong understanding of social media and TikTok from a commercial angle, excellent communication and writing skills, ability to understand human psychology and sociology, and leadership and team management experience.
- Personal Qualities: Passionate, enthusiastic, and personable, with the ability to take initiative under pressure and manage client expectations.
