TikTok is a leading destination for short-form mobile video, with a global presence and a rapidly growing business across brand and performance marketing. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Digital Partnership Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish TikTok as a platform of choice for advertisers and creative agencies, driving growth and adoption across key accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including creative agency partners and internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic partnerships and business growth.
- Design and deliver education and inspiration programs to creative agencies, showcasing the value of TikTok as a platform for their clients.
- Support agency and brand teams in pitching creative-led opportunities to clients, leveraging TikTok's unique strengths and capabilities.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Extensive experience in creative advertising agencies, with a strong track record of strategic business leadership, strategy development, and creative direction.
- Deep understanding of the creative agency landscape, including key players, trends, and challenges.
- Demonstrated expertise in agency strategy development, analytical tools, and data-driven decision making.
Preferred Qualifications
- Established network of agency contacts and a proven track record of growing revenue through strategic relationships.
