About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at TikTok. As a key member of our Trust & Safety team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our short-form video content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Quality Assessment: Evaluate the quality of text, video, and/or audio content in French language to ensure it meets our high standards.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal and external teams to identify and resolve quality issues, and provide training and calibration to ensure consistency.
  • Quality Improvement: Develop and execute quality improvement action plans to enhance the overall quality of our content.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing clear and concise feedback and guidance.
Requirements
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in French and English languages.
  • Education: High school degree or above, with a strong background in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Experience: First experience working in a high-paced work environment, with a proven track record of quality assurance and improvement.
  • Skills: Highly organized, with excellent time management and communication skills. Ability to work under minimal supervision and make ongoing improvements in your everyday work.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or Above: A degree in a related field, such as quality assurance or a related field.
  • Past Experience: Past experience in content quality assurance for short video content.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of current TikTok trends and popular content on the Ukrainian market.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to evaluate large data sets and draw actionable conclusions in a clear and concise manner.
