Job Title: Social Media Content Producer

We are seeking a talented and creative professional to join our Marketing team at The Lost Estate and elevate our brand's online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end video production process, strategy, and daily running and success of our Social Channels (Instagram & Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok), including responsibility for driving reach and engagement.
  • Create engaging short-form videos that showcase the various niches within our organisation, including Food, Drink, Music, and Theatre.
  • Provide our audience with behind-the-scenes access to the stories behind The Lost Estate as well as educational videos that allow our team to share their expertise.
  • Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with the company's brand and content goals.
  • Collaborate with internal experts and marketing to develop video content strategies that drive audience growth and maximise revenue opportunities.
  • Produce high-quality, engaging video content that meets the company's brand and content standards.
  • Manage community engagement and increase our reach and engagement.
  • Research and identify trending topics to produce relevant and timely content.
  • Utilise data and analytics to track performance, optimise content, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Edit footage to create consistent, refined, and brand-appropriate videos.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience and proven success in content production, including shooting, editing, and publishing video content on Social Media Channels.
  • Track record of growing audience engagement and conversion.
  • Ability to run studio shoots as well as capture fly-on-the-wall content that showcases behind-the-scenes activities.
  • Expertise in creating and optimising video content for performance and quality.
  • Independent, self-motivated, and proactive with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to deliver on tight, reactive briefs and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard equipment, particularly Sony cameras, and experience with studio lighting setups.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • An interest in Food, Drink, Music, and Theatre, with a willingness and passion to learn about these topics to make the best possible content for each niche.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering big results from creative thinking.
  • Strong understanding of Social Media algorithms.

Bonus Points:

  • Knowledge of graphic design, animation, or motion graphics.
