Job Overview

An exciting opportunity awaits for a Creative Video Content Specialist to become part of a vibrant and collaborative team. We are looking for a passionate and imaginative individual who can produce high-quality and engaging videos that highlight our unique travel experiences. Your role will be essential in inspiring potential customers to explore our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monthly Virtual Travel Productions: Create a one-hour virtual travel experience each month that showcases our exclusive tours and drives sales.
  • Social Media Video Development: Generate both long-form and short-form video content for various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn, supporting our social media marketing strategies.
  • Website Video Enhancement: Produce captivating videos using a mix of stock and original footage to enrich our website, particularly tour and destination pages.
  • Sales and Trade Video Support: Collaborate with sales and trade teams to provide video content for training sessions and presentations, ensuring clear communication of essential messages.
  • Content Training and Management: Guide staff on capturing high-quality video and photo content during familiarization trips, leading initiatives to organize and utilize this content effectively.
  • User-Generated Content Strategy: Partner with the marketing team to enhance and increase customer-generated content, boosting our marketing efforts.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all video productions align with our branding and style guidelines, maintaining a professional and cohesive visual identity.

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in video shooting and production techniques.
  • Experienced with video editing software, including but not limited to Promo, Canva, and Veed.
  • Ability to select appropriate music and enhance audio quality.
  • Skilled in adding overlay text, captions, and call-to-action elements.
  • Strong aptitude for selecting footage that effectively communicates messages.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Creative mindset with a flair for innovative ideas.

Compensation Package:

Salary range of £28,000 - £30,000, with a hybrid working model.
