We are collaborating with a dynamic digital-first brand in the Health & Wellness sector, specializing in recovery products. As they expand their offerings, they are seeking a talented Video Editor to join their creative team and report directly to the Head of Brand & Creative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Video Editing: Skillfully edit and compile video content, ensuring a polished and captivating final product, with a focus on producing engaging short-form content tailored for social media and advertising initiatives.
  • Content Ideation: Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions, presenting innovative ideas that enhance the brand's visual storytelling.
  • Brand Stewardship: Uphold brand integrity by ensuring all video content aligns with established guidelines, while meticulously reviewing for consistency and accuracy.
  • Project Management: Juggle multiple projects effectively, adhering to deadlines and delivering exceptional quality. Provide accurate estimates for editing timelines.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay informed about the latest trends and techniques in video editing to continually elevate the quality and relevance of our content.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven editing experience in a professional setting, supported by a strong portfolio.
  • Experience in creating high-performing video content for paid social media campaigns is preferred.
  • A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of thriving both independently and collaboratively.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • A genuine passion for health and wellness.
  • A strong enthusiasm for video editing and creative brainstorming, with a commitment to staying updated on industry advancements.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro is essential.
  • Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of graphic design tools is advantageous.
  • Desirable: Experience with DaVinci Resolve Studio for color grading, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects) for video editing and motion graphics.
