Position Overview
As a Senior Manager of Business Partnerships at AWS EMEA SARL (UK Branch), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of cloud computing. This position requires a blend of business acumen and industry knowledge to enhance our collaborations with top-tier APN partners.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate and implement a strategic partner engagement plan, encompassing marketing initiatives, enablement strategies, and customer demand generation.
  • Drive revenue growth for Global Services partners within your designated territory through effective go-to-market strategies, demand generation, and pipeline management.
  • Advise internal stakeholders on partner value, engagement strategies, and recommend suitable partners for specific customer opportunities.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on partnerships, fostering relationships between partners, customers, and the broader Global Services organization.
  • Oversee the execution of Global Services go-to-market strategies with partners, ensuring alignment across AWS Partner Teams and AWS Sales Teams.
  • Work closely with Global Services leadership to analyze field demand and create relevant partner offers.

About the Role
This position is integral to driving revenue, adoption, and growth across various market segments, including small to mid-market accounts and enterprise-level customers. You will engage with leading companies to ensure world-class support and foster partnerships that build mission-critical applications on AWS.

Daily Activities
Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Defining and executing joint sales and marketing programs with AWS Global Services Area Leaders and partners.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the local partner community and their capabilities to meet customer needs.
  • Identifying and managing go-to-market opportunities between AWS and partners.
  • Participating in complex contract negotiations and serving as a liaison with operational and legal teams.
  • Delivering business reviews to senior management and ensuring the partner organization positions AWS as their preferred cloud platform.
