Job Summary

The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all finance activities at the Rugby site, reporting directly to the Subsidiary General Manager (GM). This critical business partner will be the go-to person for all financial matters, ensuring the company's financial health and compliance with relevant legislation.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing budgets and monitoring sales and profit forecasts to advise management on financial matters.
  • Report Company Tax and ensure compliance with relevant tax laws.
  • Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including associated analysis and risk management.
  • Liaise with auditors to ensure the business is compliant with relevant legislation and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Exceptional understanding and experience with Month End Financial reporting.
  • Good understanding of current IFRS Accounting Standards.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Audit experience is viewed positively.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle or similar ERP systems.
  • Analytical experience dealing with large data sets, manipulation, and complex reporting.
