Position Overview

GROWTH HUB BUSINESS SOLUTIONS LTD is seeking a skilled and driven professional to play a pivotal role in the formulation of contract specifications and pricing schedules for the upkeep, enhancement, and modification of all corporate facilities, encompassing all mechanical, electrical, and structural components.

As the primary liaison, you will ensure effective coordination and execution of daily repairs and maintenance, scheduled upkeep, and compliance tasks for all corporate properties, while also providing facilities management services. Although the initial emphasis will be on the Corporate Estate, there will be opportunities to engage with the Housing Revenue Account (HRA) portfolio as well. Collaboration with our internal Property Repairs Service will also be a key aspect of your role.

You will assist the Asset Maintenance Manager, Corporate Property Officer, and Housing Maintenance Specialist in managing, monitoring, planning, and reporting on corporate property budgets. Additionally, you will be responsible for sourcing specialized consultants to support the initiatives undertaken by the Asset Maintenance Team, as well as contributing to the Asset Management strategy.

This position is ideal for individuals with a background in Building Surveying, Facilities Management, Construction Management, or related fields.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitating the development and execution of asset management and repair IT systems
  • Documenting repair information, defining tasks, and allocating work
  • Processing orders, approving, and managing invoices
  • Leading the collection, analysis, monitoring, and reporting of energy and water usage within the Corporate and Housing Estate
  • Identifying potential cost savings and external funding avenues for energy efficiency projects
  • Contributing to the development of the organization's Carbon Management plan alongside other sustainability initiatives.
