Position Overview
Howden, Corporate & Commercial is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to assist and enhance the operations team within our risk management sector.
We are in search of a bright, personable, and self-driven individual who is comfortable engaging with businesses across various sizes and industries, possessing an excellent telephone demeanor.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to discuss sales opportunities following the receipt of Benchmark reports to determine subsequent actions.
- Maintain an updated log of all risk management sales inquiries and distribute leads to the appropriate department heads.
- Ensure the general sales log is current.
- Keep contractor sales logs updated.
- Process invoices for clients and contractors.
- Provide training to clients on the H&S Click portal.
- Handle sales administration tasks, including setting up renewal opportunities and requesting wage rolls.
- Conduct AHR portal demonstrations for clients.
- Assist with administration tasks, including overflow phone coverage and IT ticket management to support the Operations Team.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with Zoho CRM is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Experience with Outlook calendars and CRM systems.
- A collaborative team player who works effectively across various risk management divisions.
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) is required.
