The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, qualifying potential leads, and providing tailored solutions. You will also support our sales team members, manage records, and ensure seamless coordination between Sales and Installations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Handle incoming inquiries, qualify potential customers, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales Support and Processing: Manage and process inbound sales leads, support team members, and ensure seamless coordination between Sales and Installations.
  • Solution Design and Quotation Preparation: Engage with customers to determine if our products fit their needs, perform initial qualifications, and provide indicative quotes.
  • Customer Record Management: Maintain organized and up-to-date customer records, generate reports using Microsoft Office tools, and analyze sales data.
  • Client Relationship Management: Offer excellent customer service throughout the sales and aftersales process, follow up on inquiries, and foster long-term relationships.

Requirements:

  • Sales Support and Processing: Proven experience in managing and processing sales leads and supporting team members.
  • Customer Record Management: Expertise in maintaining organized customer records, generating reports using Microsoft Office, and analyzing sales data.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with customers and understand their needs.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and ensure high satisfaction.
  • Attention to Detail: High accuracy in preparing quotations, managing records, and generating reports.
