About the Role:

This is a permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our Sales Executives, ensuring accurate and timely processing of vehicle sales and stock records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with relevant departments to add new vehicles to stock records quickly and accurately.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records.
  • Ensure all necessary vehicle documents are recorded and filed securely.
  • Process vehicle sales and taxation efficiently.
  • Prepare sales invoices and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Verify vehicle sales documents and ensure payment has been received before releasing vehicles to customers.

Requirements:

We are looking for a self-motivated and ambitious individual with prior administrative experience. Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role. Previous experience with Kerridge would be advantageous, but full training will be provided.
