About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Conveyancing Administrator to join our team at Interaction Recruitment. This is a permanent, full-time role, where you will be providing critical administrative support to a team of Residential Conveyancers. Your role will involve assisting with the day-to-day duties of conveyancing cases, liaising with clients, and managing the flow of documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to conveyancers, including preparing legal documents and correspondence.
  • Manage client files, ensuring all documentation is up to date and properly stored.
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and maintain an efficient diary system for the conveyancing team.
  • Process and format legal documents related to property sales, purchases, transfers, and remortgages.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and protocols.
