We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join our team at Lets Recruit Limited. As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will provide essential administrative support to your case handler, assisting with legal documentation and property transaction processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing and drafting legal documents, including contracts, transfers, and mortgage deeds
* Reviewing and drafting property search reports
* Handling sales enquiries with guidance from your case handler
* Assisting in the preparation of completion statements and managing financial transactions
* Reviewing, requesting, and submitting source of funds and source of wealth requests via the compliance team
* Assisting clients via telephone and email and working with the introducer to ensure the client receives an exceptional service
Requirements:
* Previously worked as a Conveyancing Assistant, Legal Executive, or in a similar role
* Have at least 3 year experience in Conveyancing
* Have a deep understanding of conveyancing processes and procedures
* Strong communication, organisational, and other soft skills
* Work well in a fast-paced environment
* Be able to multitask
* Want to progress or qualify as a fee earner
