Conveyancing Legal Secretary

This position will be based in the office, full time, Monday to Friday, in the residential conveyancing department.
Key duties to include:
* File opening
* Undertaking filing tasks and sorting through internal database.
* Liaising with key clients via email, telephone or in person.
* Experience in speaking with clients, estate agents and mortgage lenders
* Providing general administrative support to fee earners.
The successful candidate will have:
* A minimum of 1 years previous legal secretary experience in a conveyancing department.
* Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word
* Strong IT skills for managing electronic documents
* Excellent communication skills to interact with clients etc
* Excellent spelling and grammar.
* Strong communication skills when dealing with clients.
