The Role

As the Group Head of HR Technology & Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Azets' future by leading the strategic development and operational excellence of HR systems, processes, and data analytics. This role combines both operational responsibilities, such as providing regular HR reports, and strategic initiatives, like implementing standardized processes across the organization.

You will be a key member of the Group Senior HR Leadership Team, contributing to the development and delivery of people strategies that support long-term business growth. Collaboration with the wider Azets HR community will be essential for success in this role.

Key Accountabilities
  • Leadership & Strategy:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive HR systems and analytics strategy.
    • Guide and mentor a team of HR analytics and systems professionals, fostering their growth and development.
    • Partner with senior leadership to address business challenges through data-driven insights.
    • Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in HR technology and reporting.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HR systems, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
    • Develop and implement standardized HR processes across the organization.
    • Provide timely and accurate HR reporting to support decision-making.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
    • Create interactive and visually compelling dashboards and reports to communicate findings effectively.
    • Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis, modeling, and automation.
