As an HR Solution Architect specialising in SAP SuccessFactors, you will lead digital HR transformations, leveraging your expertise in HR technology to design and implement solutions that enhance employee experience and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the design of SAP SuccessFactors and HR Technology solutions in HR transformation projects.
  2. Manage project workstreams including functional design, testing, data migration, and integration.
  3. Translate business needs into scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
  4. Build relationships with stakeholders and vendors like SAP, Oracle, and Workday.
  5. Develop thought leadership in HR Technology.
  6. Stay updated on HR technology trends and recommend continuous improvements.
  7. Learning & Development: Engage in training and certification to support career growth and company needs.
  8. Deliver 5+ full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations or similar. Experience in capability building, proposition delivery, and sales.
  9. SAP SuccessFactors certifications (desirable).
