Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Technology Officer to lead our Technology function and drive significant growth. As a key member of the Higher Group leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a technology strategy that drives business growth and innovation
  • Lead a team of 6 technology professionals, focusing on business strategy, revenue generation, and growth
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure effective resource allocation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes

Requirements

  • Proven track record of growing technology teams and driving business growth
  • Experience in contract and perm recruitment, with a strong understanding of the UK market
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to assess teams, performance, and strategies, with a focus on identifying improvement areas
