Kinovo Group plc is seeking a dedicated and experienced Group HR Advisor to join our dynamic HR team.

We are a leading provider of electrical, gas, and general building services across London and the South East. Our expertise encompasses maintenance, servicing, repairs, and emergency works for both domestic and commercial properties within the Local Authority and Social Housing sectors.

As an operational HR Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting our Group HR Manager and contributing to the success of our growing organization. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of people-focused activities across the Kinovo Group.

  • Performance Management: Guide employees through performance reviews and development plans.
  • Disciplinary Procedures: Conduct fair and impartial investigations, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
  • Appraisals: Facilitate constructive performance discussions and identify areas for growth.
  • Recruitment: Assist in attracting and selecting top talent by managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Staff Development & Training: Identify training needs and implement programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Employee Relations: Address a variety of employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to both employees and managers.
  • Well-being Initiatives: Coordinate and promote initiatives that foster a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Social Value Activities: Participate in events such as recruitment fairs to contribute to our commitment to social responsibility.

To excel in this role, you will possess:

  • CIPD Level 5 Qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Proven operational HR experience, ideally within the Building Services/Construction sector.
  • A full driving license and access to reliable transportation due to travel requirements between offices.
  • Strong ER knowledge and practical experience in handling employee relations matters.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle complex situations with tact and confidence.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to effectively prioritize tasks.
