We are in search of a dedicated HR Operations Specialist to enhance our Human Resources team. In this crucial position, you will collaborate closely with the HR Operations Manager, providing expert guidance and managing the daily operations of HR excellence.

Your key responsibilities will encompass overseeing the entire employee life cycle, which includes aspects such as compensation, benefits, operational reporting, and equity processes. Additionally, you will be instrumental in formulating and executing reward strategies and policies, alongside managing specific initiatives aimed at enriching the employee experience.

This role offers the flexibility of being based in either London or Leeds, and it is a permanent, full-time position operating Monday to Friday with a minimum of two days in the office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a comprehensive annual reward cycle in accordance with the established One ENGIE Group policy and timeline, ensuring timely and accurate employee communications.
  • Develop and maintain HR Operations policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with UK regulations and effective communication within the ENGIE UK business.
  • Enhance team capabilities through participation in assessment and development planning, as well as training and coaching opportunities.
  • Stay informed about relevant technology, external regulations, and industry best practices through continuous education and professional development.
Data Management and Analysis:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software, such as SAP.
  • Experience with Job Evaluation grading, salary banding, HRIS Reporting, and HR KPIs.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, practices, and continuous improvement methodologies.
