Senior Client Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Services Manager to lead our Norwich team in delivering person-centred housing-related support. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our service accommodating single men who are homeless, supporting them to move from street homelessness into safe and supportive accommodation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a motivated team to deliver efficient, high-quality, person-centred services in line with our contracts, evidenced by customer satisfaction surveys and KPIs.
- Ensure Health and Safety checks and risk assessments are completed and recorded accurately.
- Manage individual and team performance using coaching skills and assessing colleague competencies and objectives to ensure customers live in a safe, supportive, person-centred service.
- Experience of delivering support in a housing or care environment.
- Experience of people management.
- The people skills to take others with you, to help others grow as well as the confidence to challenge behaviours misaligned to our values.
- Flexible working hours, we're open to agreeing a work pattern with you.
- Able to use technology for record keeping, monitoring service delivery performance and managing budgets.
- 34 days leave (including bank holidays and a 'me day' to use for whatever you fancy) increasing to 39, the option to buy 5 more, and time off for volunteering too
