We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Client Services Manager to lead our Norwich team in delivering high-quality, person-centred housing-related support. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for managing our service accommodating single men who are homeless, supporting them to move from street homelessness into safe and supportive accommodation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a motivated team to deliver efficient, high-quality services in line with our contracts and customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Be the Safeguarding Lead for the service, ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers.
  • Manage contracts, budgets, and KPIs, liaising with stakeholders and commissioners to ensure the success of our services.
  • Manage individual and team performance, using coaching skills to assess colleague competencies and objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in delivering support in a housing or care environment.
  • Experience in people management, including managing multiple services and/or managing managers.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • A vehicle insured for business purposes, with mileage paid by the company.
