As a key member of our Client Service team, you will be responsible for managing small business renewal accounts from start to finish, working closely with new business advisors, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze client data and evaluate needs to create effective risk management solutions
  • Develop relationships with various insurance carriers to provide accurate quotes and meet client requests
  • Act as a liaison between current clients and the Baldwin Risk Partners team
  • Consult clients on the right insurance coverage as they grow and scale their companies
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including answering client inquiries and questions in a timely manner
  • Update and improve internal information management systems
  • Compile and generate all relevant paperwork to bind client insurance policies
Requirements:
  • An insurance broker's license is a plus
  • Interest in insurance and a passion for customer service
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated, analytical, and ambitious with an entrepreneurial spirit
