Senior Client Services Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Services Manager to lead our Norwich team in delivering person-centred housing related support. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for managing our service accommodating single men who are homeless, supporting them to move from street homelessness into safe and supportive accommodation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a motivated team to deliver efficient, high-quality, person-centred services in line with our contracts and customer satisfaction surveys.
- Be the Safeguarding Lead for the service, ensuring Health and Safety checks and risk assessments are completed and recorded accurately.
- Manage contracts, budgets, and KPIs, liaising with stakeholders and commissioners.
- Manage individual and team performance using coaching skills, assessing colleague competencies and objectives to ensure customers live in a safe, supportive, person-centred service.
