Deputy Care Manager

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Care First UK Recruitment Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee administration tasks, including staff training, inductions, and customer service management.
- Support the Home Manager in staff recruitment, induction, and training, as well as regular appraisals.
- Arrange trial visits and conduct assessments to ensure the premises meet legislative requirements.
- Work with the Home Manager to monitor CQC standards and deliver quality care.
- Liaise with CQC inspectors to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
- Previous care management experience is essential.
- Ability to develop and maintain up-to-date care plans that deliver a satisfactory quality of life for residents.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards and delivering compassionate care.
