We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Care First UK Recruitment Solutions.

About the Role:

The Deputy Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring that all residents receive high-quality care and support. This will involve managing staff training, inductions, and customer service, as well as supporting the Home Manager with recruitment, induction, and training of new staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage staff training and inductions to ensure that all team members are equipped to provide excellent care and support.
  • Support the Home Manager with recruitment, induction, and training of new staff.
  • Oversee the administration of the care home, including managing customer service and enquiry management.
  • Ensure that the care home meets all legislative requirements and maintains a high physical standard.
  • Work in conjunction with the Home Manager to monitor CQC standards and ensure effective delivery of quality of care.

Requirements:

  • Previous care management experience is essential.
  • Ability to develop and maintain up-to-date care plans that deliver a satisfactory quality of life for all residents.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships with residents and staff.
