Position: Full-Time Administrative Coordinator/Property Liaison
Location: Kinross
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Reception Management: Welcome guests, respond to and redirect phone inquiries, oversee emails, and uphold a warm reception area.
- Administrative Assistance: Aid in scheduling meetings, organizing calendars, and managing correspondence.
- Property Support: Assist our Estate Agency manager with inquiries, arranging viewings, and general administrative tasks.
- Client Service: Handle client questions promptly and professionally, ensuring outstanding service.

Qualifications:
