Position Overview

Location: Perth

Compensation: £28,072 - £32,605 plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Contract Type: 15 Month Fixed Term | Full Time

This role is designed to assist the Facilities Management team in executing daily operational tasks effectively.

The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative team, delivering exceptional service to all SSE employees and visitors while ensuring the smooth operation of facilities management services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reception and administrative support.
  • Coordinating maintenance activities and ensuring high-quality customer service.
  • Engaging with stakeholders and managing contractor relationships.
  • Resolving disputes and conflicts as they arise.
  • Producing reports related to facilities management.
  • Assisting with office relocations and managing parking facilities.
  • Overseeing catering and hospitality arrangements.

Requirements:

The role will necessitate travel to various sites to ensure consistent service delivery across the organization. A valid driving license is mandatory.

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • Minimum IWFM Level 3 or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of maintenance regulations and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
