Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Independent Living Team at Abri. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our team's efforts to provide exceptional services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Independent Living Team, including general administration, ordering consumables, and raising purchase orders.
- Assist with the verification and allocation process associated with our Extra Care schemes for older people.
- Work closely with the team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and achieve team goals.
Requirements:
- Proven administrative experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
