This role offers the flexibility to work remotely within the UK, with a significant portion of the time spent visiting new and potential clients.

  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Manage, delegate, plan, organize, coordinate, and supervise sales teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Market Analysis and Planning: Prepare reports, analyze market trends, and develop economic plans to drive sales growth.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new market opportunities, coordinate feasibility studies, and prepare offers and contracts.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies, set annual business plans, and monitor progress.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with existing clients through regular visits and ensure their needs are met.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and acquire new markets, customers, and business opportunities to drive growth.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Maintain effective communication with business partners, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Monitor customer satisfaction and implement measures to improve it.
  • Cost Optimization: Control and optimize costs to ensure business efficiency.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Track and analyze KPIs to measure sales performance and drive improvement.
  • Initiative Development: Develop and implement initiatives to drive business growth and improvement.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary, yearly bonus (10% approx.), company car, and excellent benefits.
