About the Role

This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving new business growth and expansion across the East Coast, specifically in the Southeast region. As the Director of Sales for Medicare Solutions, you will be a key member of the Baldwin Risk Partners team, working closely with our leadership to shape the company's growth and distribution strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve membership growth and financial goals for the Medicare business unit.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to drive new business and expand existing relationships with key distribution partners and carriers.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including agents and agencies, to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute local marketing strategies to support business growth.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends to inform business decisions.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating performance.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior sales leadership role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and expansion.
  • Strong understanding of the Medicare industry and market trends.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience.
