Atkinson Moss is seeking a seasoned Sales/Account Manager to join their team in the electronics and cabling industry.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and account management, with a deep understanding of the industry and a passion for driving business growth. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely within the UK, with a significant portion of the time spent visiting new and potential clients.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth;
- Prepare and analyze market reports, economic plans, and feasibility studies;
- Process market demands, coordinate offers and contracts, and ensure timely delivery;
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual business objectives;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular visits and communication;
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and customers;
- Establish and maintain effective communication with business partners and stakeholders;
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction, implementing necessary measures to ensure high levels of service;
- Optimize costs and manage sector performance;
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs);
- Develop initiatives to drive business development and growth;
This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary, annual bonus (10% approx.), company vehicle, and excellent benefits.
