Senior Director of Sales and Commercial Risk Management

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director of Sales and Commercial Risk Management to lead our sales strategy and drive business growth. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership and a deep understanding of the commercial insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals and vision
- Lead a high-performance team of sales professionals and provide guidance and mentorship to ensure their success
- Analyze industry trends and identify new growth opportunities to drive business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth
- Develop and implement training programs to drive continuous improvement and colleague development
- Set and evaluate performance metrics and report on team performance
- Participate in sales meetings and establish sales reporting, tools, and programs to guide further development
Requirements:
- 7+ years of related experience in sales leadership
- 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry
- Experience with Agency Management Systems and/or other CRM-related software
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to measure, analyze, and drive key performance indicators
