The Baldwin Group, a leading insurance brokerage firm, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Director of Sales and Commercial Risk Management to lead our sales strategy and drive business growth.
Job Summary:We are looking for a seasoned sales leader with a strong background in commercial insurance and risk management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to drive business growth and revenue
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales training programs and processes
- 7+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the insurance industry
- 5+ years of experience in commercial insurance and risk management
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners
