About the Role

This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving new business growth and expansion across the East Coast, specifically in the Southeast region. As the Director of Sales, you will be a key member of the Baldwin Risk Partners team, contributing to the company's strategic growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve membership growth and financial goals for the Medicare business unit.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high levels of performance and retention.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key distribution partners, carriers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute local marketing strategies that support business growth objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends to inform business decisions and strategies.
  • Partner with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication to drive business results.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of management experience in the Medicare space, with a proven track record of driving business growth and expansion.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent working experience.
  • Strong leadership and sales skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
