We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Auctions Manager to join our team at GCB Recruitment. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in winning new business and a strong background within Property Auctions or Estate Agency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Property Auctions industry and be able to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, agents, and other stakeholders.

The Auctions Manager will be responsible for:

• Identifying and canvassing sources of new auction listings
• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including agents and clients
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet business objectives
• Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and agents
• Monitoring and reporting progress to the line manager
