We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales and Marketing Director to lead the commercial sales efforts of Norwich Aluminium Limited. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth and achieving revenue targets through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and identify new opportunities.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform sales and marketing decisions.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Research and develop marketing opportunities and plans to drive business growth.
- Implement new sales plans and strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years' experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the construction or glazing industry.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and creative thinking skills.
- Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
- Ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
- Proven experience in managing commercial operations and driving business growth.
