Sponsorship Sales Director Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Sponsorship Sales Director to join our team at Media Steps Consulting Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating revenue through sponsorship sales, building strong relationships with clients, and driving business growth.

About the Role
  • Manage a portfolio of event solutions generating around £2 million.
  • Build quality relationships with high-level Executives in the tech/pharmaceutical/wellbeing sectors.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Lead a team of Sponsorship Sales Managers and provide commercial input to shape future events.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the tech/pharmaceutical/wellbeing sectors is an advantage.
