Sponsorship Director

Seeking an experienced Sponsorship Director to lead all sponsorship activity for events & campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing sponsorship strategies and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sponsorship strategy for the next 2-3 years
- Collaborate with the Events team and other stakeholders to set sponsorship targets and budgets
- Manage the handover of sponsorship activities from the existing Head of Sponsorships
- Provide regular reporting on sponsorship forecasts and activity to the Executive team and stakeholders
- Manage the final activities and analysis of an upcoming event
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sponsorship or fundraising in the B2B space
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Excellent written communication and verbal presentation skills
- IT/Digital skills, including Microsoft Office suite and project management tools
Desirable:
- Experience in financial services or a similar field
- Language skills, other than English, are desirable
- Knowledge of online event platforms and digital event technologies
