Sponsorship Sales Director Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Sponsorship Sales Director to join our team at Media Steps Consulting Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating revenue through sponsorship sales, working closely with our conference producers to shape future events and identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Secure high-value sponsorship opportunities across European and American events
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and existing customers
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Collaborate with conference producers to shape future events and identify new business opportunities

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sponsorship sales
  • Experience in managing sponsorship sales managers
  • Strong sales performance and ability to exceed targets
  • Knowledge of the tech, pharmaceutical, and wellbeing sectors
  • Consultative selling techniques and SPIN-based selling
