Lead B2B Brand Activation Manager

As a pivotal member of the UK & Ireland Partner and Courier Marketing division, the Senior B2B Activation Manager will oversee a dedicated team (2 direct reports) focused on collaborating with Just Eat's food delivery partners (restaurants and grocery stores) and couriers. The primary goal is to enhance consumer brand recognition, drive orders for our partners, and improve courier performance. This team is essential to Just Eat's ongoing success in a competitive market, employing innovative and efficient strategies to maximize brand visibility among diverse audiences (restaurants, grocery stores, and couriers).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the selection, planning, budgeting, and market delivery of branded merchandise.
  • Develop and oversee the branding strategy and budget for partners and couriers, ensuring optimal brand visibility in urban areas.
  • Coordinate branding distribution efforts and manage inventory requirements in collaboration with the Buying & Logistics team.
  • Create impactful branding toolkits tailored for restaurants and grocery partners to enhance their association with Just Eat, considering variations in partner type, location, and consumer perceptions.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of our varied partner and courier demographics to identify effective engagement strategies and toolkit utilization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to explore new branding opportunities, ensuring a smooth activation process and maximizing efficiency in buying and distribution.
  • Oversee KPI reporting and performance forecasting for the partner network and courier operations at both national and local levels, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Manage relationships with multiple agencies, setting objectives, tracking performance, and ensuring the achievement of desired outcomes.
  • Lead and cultivate a high-performing B2B Activation team of 2 members.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in field/in-store marketing or brand activation is preferred.
  • Background in B2B marketing.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies.
  • Highly organized, commercially driven, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a collaborative approach and the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of mentoring and developing team members.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
