Job Description

Sponsorship Sales Manager

As a Sponsorship Sales Manager at The Curve Group, you will work across a portfolio of international industry-leading events. Your primary responsibility will be to consult with senior-level professionals representing solution providers to offer them the best opportunity to achieve their business objectives.

Using consultative sales methodologies, you will understand the challenges an organization is facing and the objectives they aim to meet. You will then create bespoke proposals for an organization's involvement as a sponsor of one or more of our leading B2B Exchange conferences.

This is a unique, invitation-only event driven by pre-scheduled business meetings between pre-qualified senior executives representing Fortune 1000 brands (delegates) and solution providers (sponsors). Our company helps end-users obtain a shortlist of credible solution providers to work with, saving them time and effort in their quest to source solutions for their business. We also help service and solution providers generate leads and build brand awareness in an effective and time-efficient way.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with senior-level professionals to understand their business objectives and challenges
  • Create bespoke proposals for an organization's involvement as a sponsor of our B2B Exchange conferences
  • Use consultative sales methodologies to understand the needs of solution providers and their clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior-level executives and solution providers
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of sales experience, ideally in technology, event, or advertising sales
  • Experience within a business-to-business (B2B) sales environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Business acumen and commercial awareness
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
