About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Michael Page Sales. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through the B2B channel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve individual revenue targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with the proposition and product team to develop and refine business propositions that meet the needs of corporate businesses.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity using CRM tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of sales solutions and excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record of driving business growth and revenue.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Experience with CRM tools and ability to maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
