Field Sales Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive category sales and dominance in our retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales plans to increase category sales and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store staff to increase product knowledge and awareness.
  • Negotiate promotional space and in-store visibility for key products.

As a Sales Development Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading field marketing company, partnering with top brands such as Procter & Gamble. You will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with our retail partners.

Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience and business development skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive results.
  • Full UK driving license.
