About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager in Training to join our team at ECR Global. As a key member of our Global Business Services team, you will play a critical role in delivering consulting projects and workstreams across Operating Model, GBS, and digital, including change management from mobilization through to execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver client working sessions/workshops and produce high-quality deliverables
  • Develop and implement effective business transformation and program management lifecycle practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement
  • Provide expert advice on Global Business Services/Shared Services and Target Operating Model design and implementation
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business transformation and program management
Requirements
  • Strong experience in Global Business Services/Shared Services or Target Operating Model design and implementation
  • Good functional understanding of Tier 1 ERP platform capability (SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft) and finance systems deployment experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
