About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical QHSE Data Analyst to join our Shared Services team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making within our organization.

Your Responsibilities

  • Analyze QHSE and Group level data to identify trends and patterns, contributing to the improvement of policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with the QHSE Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to produce and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and Smartsheet reports, ensuring accurate and timely data visualization.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for both internal and external stakeholders, leveraging your expertise in business analytics reporting tools.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance data capture methods and streamline processes within the QHSE domain.
  • Effectively communicate insights derived from data analysis to a diverse audience through clear and concise presentations.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience working with Microsoft Power BI and Smartsheet platforms.
  • A background in QHSE is highly desirable, demonstrating a strong understanding of relevant regulations and best practices.
  • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach, with the ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects effectively.
  • Excellent presentation skills, ensuring clear and impactful communication of data-driven insights.
  • Strong diplomatic skills, enabling you to influence and persuade others within a collaborative environment.
