Contact Centre Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Contact Centre Advisor to join our Shared Services Partnership team. As a key member of our housing contact centre, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents and stakeholders, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a fair and efficient manner
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on housing services and policies
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of housing management principles and practices
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a housing or public sector environment
