About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the position of Single Point of Contact Advisor within Humankind. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all calls coming into the service, including screening enquiries, prescribing queries, and connecting callers to other staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all incoming calls, utilizing excellent communication skills to gather accurate information from individuals and direct them to the correct element of the service.
  • Complete triages and work collaboratively with key partners and colleagues to achieve the best health and wellbeing outcomes for individuals.
  • Utilize electronic diary management to book appointments and ensure seamless communication between staff and service users.
About You

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual who is committed to making a difference in the lives of our service users. You will have experience working with vulnerable populations and a strong understanding of the issues facing those who misuse substances.

You will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in using Microsoft Office programs. A GCSE in Maths and English (or equivalent) is also required.
