About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Offshore Energy Advisor to join our team. As an Offshore Energy Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and efficiency of our offshore operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with Manning Agencies: Work closely with manning agencies in India, Croatia, and Manila to ensure smooth transfer and follow-up of information and planning.
  • Monitor Service Providers: Monitor service providers, including manning agencies and travel agents, to ensure service delivery and minimize costs.
  • Develop Roster Plans: Develop comprehensive roster plans for assigned vessels in line with core manning requirements, minimizing costs through effective planning and daily monitoring.
  • Ensure Compliance: Monitor legislation and regulations that will affect the business and ensure issues are mitigated before they become quality issues.
  • Act as a Single Focal Point: Act as a single focal point for all sea staff enquiries associated with assigned vessels, coordinating the delivery of all responses.
  • Proactively Communicate: Proactively communicate with Ship Management customers regarding vessel crewing plans and act as a 'single customer focal point' for enquiries.
  • Delivery Against Targets: Delivery against existing targets and own all aspects of individual vessel and overall group of vessels Crewing & Manning performance reporting.
